About Lynn

A Collection of Brand Guide

For the past two years, I have helped many 
companies to regulate their brand systems, to design and compose brand books with brand guidelines for their future needs.

I challenge myself to design each brand guide in a unique way to best represent the company's visual system, tone of voice and over all style. 

Some Startup companies expect to use their brand book as a coffee table magazine,which gave me opportunities to explore all the
possibilities a brand guile could be designed, including sourcing the right images, presenting brand typefaces, brand colors differently.

Here is a couple brand guide projects with unique challenges and design approaches. 

Client: Origin Materials

Origin is a materials company based in Sacramento, California. Origin's technology produces bio-based intermediates from lignocellulosic (second generation) raw materials.

Client: Good Good Kitty Club

The Good Good Kitty Club is founded by 
actress, singer-songwriter, businesswoman, Jada Smith. 
It is an exclusive, members only destination that allows women to customize their experience based on their desires, their needs, and their fantasies.

When the project was handed to me, GGKC didn't have a logo or a plan to have one
any time soon at that point. Thus this brand guide is designed without a logo. Jada planned to use it as a pitch deck for the need of capital raising.

Client: NAMI California

The teamNAMI California campaign serves to unite individuals, families and organizations across the state in a common goal—raising awareness of NAMI California’s role in providing help and hope for those affected by serious mental illness. 
teamNAMI California leverage the stories of its members, leadership and staff to tell a vivid story of the organization’s pioneering past and build excitement for its limitless future. 

One of the challenges is to regulate the logo usage for its affiliates, who will share the same mark with their own regional name.
